the room was very clean. the staff were helpful, friendly and kind. wheelchair users find it perfect. i felt very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
the hotel charges £9 for parking. no other parking options exist nearby, because it is located on a bypass with double yellow lines in the industrial estate.

reliable and comfortable stay

the breakfast was very good. i was well looked after by a staff member. she even provided a doggy bag for me. the rooms were super clean and nicely decorated in a modern style.
the walls looked like they were covered in mold? when i asked at reception, i was told it was meant to be like that. the room didn't face the sun, so the walls made it very dark.

the bar is open 24 hours. many people enjoyed it late at night. parking is available overnight. the price is nine pounds, a reasonable cost comparable to other hotels.

the hotel location is great. it is close to major motorways. this makes it a restful place if you are travelling through to cheddar gorge. weston super mare is also easy to reach.
